As an applicant entering The Big Sell Entrepreneurship Competition, I hereby authorize Purdue University Calumet to record (audio, video, photograph, etc.) my likeness, voice, sounds, biographical material, submission material, and participation during the events associated with this competition. In addition, I allow Purdue University Calumet to exhibit or distribute any such recordings in whole or in part without restrictions or limitation for any educational or promotional purposes that Purdue University Calumet, and those acting pursuant to its authority, deem appropriate. Winning teams are required to share the awards from this competition among all team members. All winners that will be receiving award money and prizes must provide personal information (social security, address, etc.) to Purdue University Calumet before any awards are distributed. All winners agree that in-kind services have to be used within one year from the date of the award and that service providers have up to one year to provide the in-kind services to the winners. Finally, I hereby release the judges and Purdue University Calumet, including its officers, employees, agents, and trustees, from liability for any losses, damages or injuries from The Big Sell Entrepreneurship Competition.
